- Microsoft Azure — we use Azure cloud infrastructure to receive and route contact form submissions. Data is processed within Microsoft's UK data centres under Microsoft's data processing terms.

We do not use analytics, advertising cookies, marketing pixels or behavioural tracking.
7. Data Storage & Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, disclosure or destruction. As a cyber security company, security is core to how we operate. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

- General contact form enquiries: retained for up to 12 months
- Job applications and submitted CVs: retained for up to 6 months from the close of the recruitment process, unless you consent to us holding your details for consideration for future roles
