We are seeking an experienced Microsoft IAM Specialist to join our growing cybersecurity team. You will design, implement, and manage identity and access solutions using Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) architectures
  • Manage user provisioning and access governance
  • Implement conditional access and MFA policies
  • Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues
  • Conduct IAM security assessments and audits
  • Develop IAM best practices and documentation

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of IAM experience with Microsoft technologies
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Experience with Conditional Access and MFA
  • Understanding of LDAP, SAML, and OAuth protocols
  • Azure fundamentals certification or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator
Experience with Okta or other IAM platforms
Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture

Join our SOC as a Microsoft Cyber Security Specialist responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to threats across Microsoft cloud and on-premises environments.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze security events in Azure and Microsoft 365
  • Respond to security incidents and conduct investigations
  • Implement and manage Microsoft security solutions (Defender, Sentinel)
  • Develop and maintain detection rules and playbooks
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments using Microsoft tools
  • Provide security recommendations and remediation guidance
  • Collaborate with teams on security posture improvements

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of cybersecurity experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft security tools (Defender, Sentinel)
  • Experience with Azure security and compliance
  • SIEM platform experience (preferably Microsoft Sentinel)
  • Understanding of threat hunting and incident response
  • Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework
  • Relevant certification (AZ-900, SC-200, or equivalent)
